BTC Egypt
BTC Egypt — The Aten Collection
Six Egyptian gold pound coins designed for BTC Egypt, drawn from ancient Egyptian symbols: the lotus, the papyrus, the palm, the chamomile, and the golden fly, the decoration given for valour in ancient Egypt. The collection takes its name from Aten, the sun disc, whose rays in ancient Egyptian art end in human hands. Seven months of research and design. Launched at the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir.
